Outside of work, he enjoys boating, golf, and spending time with his family and his three dogs: two Frenchies and a golden retriever.

John is a partner in the group alongside Thomas, overseeing finance and accounting across every company. He keeps the numbers clear and the businesses on solid footing, so each brand can invest in its people and grow with confidence.

Thano leads business development across the SSU family, aligning sales and operations to drive revenue growth across every brand. He thrives on closing deals and building new opportunities.

Outside of work, he prioritizes health and wellness and time with family and friends. And yes, his full name is Athanasios Theodoros Koulourianos.

Randy leads daily operations across TCL, Allied, and US Allied, guiding the team, resolving operational challenges, and making the decisions that keep the companies delivering for their customers. He is at his best building relationships and fostering a culture where people feel valued and empowered.

Outside of work, he is grounded in faith, family, and time spent caring for the family property in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. In his younger years, he was an accomplished percussionist in a competitive drum corps, an experience that instilled the discipline and teamwork he carries with him today.

Thomas partners with property managers, facility directors, contractors, and business owners throughout Chicagoland to identify facility challenges and deliver electrical, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability. He is committed to projects that create long-term value for commercial and industrial clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys running, basketball, and time with family, friends, and his dogs, and he is always seeking opportunities to learn something new.

Jenny serves as a trusted point of contact for clients across the SSU brands, making sure every customer's needs are met day in and day out. Over 14 years, she has found the greatest reward in helping her customers succeed.

Outside of work, she loves to travel and enjoy fine dining. A fun fact: she married her high school sweetheart.

Darren manages projects and oversees fleet operations across the SSU brands, monitoring vehicle status so crews have what they need to deliver. With 20 years of experience, he finds the greatest reward in the teams he works alongside.

Outside of work, he enjoys walking his dog, hitting the gym, and spending time with family. He is also a proud veteran!

Karen manages office operations and accounts payable across the SSU brands, processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to the team. She takes pride in keeping the financial and administrative functions running efficiently.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, her dog, and photography, with a personal goal of visiting as many national parks as possible.

Gianna manages daily accounting for US Allied, processing transactions, invoicing customers, and preparing financial reports. She takes pride in applying her detail-oriented approach to its full potential.

Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends. Prior to joining the team, she worked in the fashion industry.

Gina provides operational support for US Allied, managing schedules, dispatching crews, and coordinating communications. She excels at sustaining organization and efficiency in a high-volume office environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, her dog Stuey and three cats, along with music, gardening, and relaxing by campfires. She is also actively involved in community organizations dedicated to supporting others.

Brett runs warehouse operations for TCL, US Allied, and Illinois Lighting, receiving inbound shipments, staging material for upcoming jobs, and keeping daily warehouse duties running smoothly. Over 5 years, he has come to value the atmosphere and the people he works with most.
